Pre registration for all returning campers is February 21, 2021.

Open registration begins on February 28, 2021.

 

 

Registration Policy

Registration will be on a first come, first served basis and will begin with a short pre-registration time for returning campers. Please register online and include a $400 deposit ($100 non-refundable).  The remaining balance must be paid and forms must to be uploaded no later than May 31st in order to hold the camper's spot .  There will be a $50 late fee that will be deposited in the general scholarship fund for all late payments.  Also, if balance payment is not made by June 10th, the camper’s spot can be replaced.   All forms are to be uploaded on to the Active Network online account.  Any questions or issues you can contact us at camppike@gmail.com. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Deposit (minus a $100 non-refundable fee) and any other amounts paid will be refunded in full until June 1st. After June 1st the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. After July 1st, all payments are non-refundable. Camp Pike is not liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster). If Force Majeure is an excuse for failure to perform, Camp Pike will take reasonable steps to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events.
